Vopesa is an assistant that suggests. You decide. These terms say what we promise, what we do not, and how either of us can stop.

What the service is
Vopesa is a personal assistant: it keeps your tasks, notes, people and goals, talks with you in writing or by voice, suggests an order for your day, and — if you connect one — plans around the hours your calendar says you are busy. It is available to people invited to it while it is in early access.
Your account
You sign in with an email link. Keep access to that mailbox: anyone who can open it can open your account. Use Vopesa yourself; do not share an account with another person, and do not put someone else’s personal data into it unless you are entitled to.
What Vopesa suggests, you decide
Everything Vopesa notices is a suggestion until you accept it. Nothing is saved, sent or changed on your behalf without that yes.
Vopesa is not a lawyer, a doctor, an accountant or a financial adviser, and its answers are not professional advice. It can be wrong, it can misread a date or a name, and it can misunderstand a sentence. Check anything that matters before acting on it.
Fair use
Do not use Vopesa to break the law, to harass anybody, to store material you have no right to, or to attack the service or the people on it. We may suspend an account that does.
Early access
The service is being built. Features can change or be withdrawn, there is no promised uptime, and scheduled messages and notifications are not delivered yet. We will tell you before anything that holds your work goes away.
Stopping
You can stop at any time and ask us to delete your account by writing to admin@vopesa.com. We can end access if these terms are broken, or if we stop offering the service — in which case you will be given time and a way to take your work with you.
Liability
Vopesa is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for a decision you took on a suggestion without checking it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Law
These terms are governed by Turkish law, and the courts of Istanbul have jurisdiction, without taking away any right you have as a consumer where you live.
